From eating traditional Neapolitan pizza in Naples to slices of pie in New York, I knew that I needed to get into the game and share my love for Neapolitan pizza. I will never forget that very first slice of pizza I had at Roberta’s, called the Millennium Falcon (a margherita with Italian sausage and onion). Upon devouring this slice of pizza, I knew I had to teach myself the craft of creating authentic Neapolitan pizza. I am excited to be able to share this passion with you all.
